Each region has its own Context Router base URL. Call the region closest to your callers, or the one SLNG gave you. Requests are not routed between regions. For the same regions alongside the speech and agent endpoints, see Region availability.

Caching is region aware and scoped to your organization. Your requests are never processed or cached in another region.
